Maya Global Illumination

hi,i want to do a room whith all walls and floor blue, and the ceiling white(top), but whith a point light turned in to area light, whith GI (decay linear, intensity 10, photon intensity 8000), the ceiling(top), is blue.how can i to alleviate this?

assign a photon shader to all the walls with a white (o gray) diffuse to reduce the color bleeding

if your ceiling are already blue try to reduce the FG scale

if u want u can control much better you FG effect (bleeding) with a specific shader like ctrl_rays
